All sales are considered as Final Sales unless there is a misinterpretation with respect to the design, function and features.
We do not offer any return or exchange or cancellation of any order.
In case of damaged or wrong/ different delivery of any order, we request you to notify to us through our customer care number within 24 hrs of delivery. So that in a rare case of unavailability of the actual item ordered, we offer 100% refund including the shipping charges (if any). Any such discrepancies must be reported within the first 24 hours of delivery which will be estimated in accordance with the courier company’s web tracking.
To qualify for refund, you need to check the Item while taking the delivery from our Courier Company. In case of any discrepancy or damage, the packet must not be accepted and returned by mentioning the reason for return on the Docket slip. In case of any other issue you may contact us on our Customer Care Number.
In order to avoid unnecessary confusions and misinterpretations, the above mentioned qualifying criteria for Refund must be adhered to.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product should be unopened and or unused, sealed & saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging along with original invoice and all accessories / Freebies (if any).
Please make a note that we do not accept return or exchange of any product on sale or a product that has been opened and / or used. V-Schön is not responsible for damage after delivery.
Each item can be exchanged only once and no cash refund will be permitted.
An item is considered eligible for return/exchange if it fulfills the following conditions:
- Sold in a Physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Wrong/ different delivery of item
When we receive the items, we will inspect it to ensure that everything is present and also in it’s original condition, and then only we will issue different item in exchange.
In case of cash refund, only when solution of exchange cannot be provided by V-Schön, cash will be refunded to your account through online/net banking within one to 3 weeks from the time of complaint.
